We really enjoyed upgrading this old uo-and-over garage door to an insulated roller garage door. This is a good quality door from Warm Protection & comers with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. A remote control makes it super-simple to operate & safety-edge protection means that the door automatically raises if it lowers onto anything by accident.

As the garage is joined to this house in Biggar, an insulated roller door has a couple of advantages over a normal roller door:

1. When it’s windy, an insulated roller door makes zero noise
2. The insulated door is obviously better at keeping the cold out & the warmth in.
